Although my content is fully family friendly, I am not sure how much of an influence that has on the rate. I guess at the very least it's reasonable to assume there is quite a bit of variance
I have been inactive on Twitch for a few months so these numbers are kind of old, but here are 3 days in July where I made 57, 43, and 52 in ads respectively, with the stream times being in the 8-9 hour range, averaging 103, 99, and 104 viewers, and 7 min/hr. I wonder how important region is though

I would argue these numbers are quite inaccurate. He is likely running a ton more ads during the night when he has less viewers, causing a large difference between the numbers. You would expect that a 10 viewer streamer would make about $35 with 3 mins/hr, using .01 is closer value for the formula.
