look I guess I'll do what the frontliners need and advocate for complete defunding of ICE. I didn't want to do it, but this guy is running in a toss-up border district, so I'll be a team player and get on board. He wants to defund!

I have been actively involved in protest movements for 24 years. I have never seen anything approaching this scale. Minneapolis is not accepting what's happening here. ICE fucking murdered a woman for participating in this, and all that did is bring out more people, from more walks of life.

This is the agency some Dems are considering voting to fund? This should be the easiest “hell no” imaginable.

Of the many reasons to reject the DHS funding bill, there’s a huge one flying under the radar:

If all 12 approps bills are enacted, the anti-RIF language goes away. But if DHS runs on a CR, unless Congress actively turns it off, it continues the language making additional RIFs an ADA violation.
