It's pretty notable that mainstream, establishment discourse never ever ever considers giving liberal politicians credit for crime reductions. It's almost axiomatic that if crime goes down under a center-left leader it's either unremarked upon, or must be driven by something else.

The danger of the kind of escalation spiral we are in is starting to show its full face in that it’s not just the federal government. the parallel rightwing system that has been set up within law-enforcement is absolutely a paramilitary fascist force that will use violence to back federal actions.

In Mario Kart 8/Deluxe, 200cc feels much faster compared to 150cc than 150cc does compared to 100cc.
