lol, as much as I love Magic and like playing more of it. Watching people spin their wheels while delaying the inevitable is not my preferred experience…. and that’s coming from someone who enjoys playing prison decks.

I really like Glare of Subdual as an alternative, the issue being its gold and in GW.

I love Opposition and I’m actually putting together a opposition deck in premodern… but based on my understanding of Pink Sleeves I can see it being a pain point for players in the same way as Armageddon. In the right hands, it can close out a game. In the wrong hands, the game becomes never ending

Advice for MTG folk seeing the Spider-Man previews. Don’t engage unless Magic is your livelihood. It’s not worth the mental bandwidth or your dollar.

Play Cube and other community formats where you can (kinda) disengage from the Fortnite dribble that WotC is expunging.

Play Magic your way.

Just finished the inaugural draft of my Desert Graveyard Bar Cube. An exercise in smashing keywords together and hoping they work. It was a ton of fun and surprisingly functional for a first draft.

My Guinea Pigs were very cooperative and I greatly appreciate their time.
