i had to set one of the hardest boundaries in what was one of the most important relationships in my life this past summer and sleep has eluded me. the silver lining* is that i have discovered some great shows. “family law” on the CW and it’s app is an absolute delight and great queer storylines.

remembering the genius + pioneering dance + electronic producer patrick cowley, who produced sylvester’s 1982 mega-hit “do you wanna funk” just days after coming out of the hospital. patrick died on november 12, 1982 from complications due to AIDS. he was 32 years old.
