'Cliff, outreach worker', oil on canvas, 60inches x 48inches. I painted Cliff a few years ago as part of a project of portraits of people living and working in the London borough of Haringey. I have just finished this large scale portrait of him as part of a series of paintings of people with facial difference. Cliff's jaw was broken when he was a child, it was never properly re-set. I would like to thank Cliff for giving me his time and for letting me include him in this project. The second photo shows me next to the painting for scale.
