Yeah it can be a real struggle to better your situation, depression is very crippling. If you know anyone struggling, the best thing you. An do is guide them the right direction, but they have to do it themselves.
It's important to remedy that not everyone's struggle isn't the same as is everyone's ability to handle hardship. Your struggle is harder than others and you've developed the tools to deal with that struggle. You are deserving of compassion, just as other people are.
