I liked Echos of Wisdom. There was a lot of problem solving and they didn't limit you in how you did it. The dungeons felt a little "easy" but that may have just been because after a while you figure out to do X you need to build Y and Z but even then you can be creative.

I've been doing this cute thing where I look at my phone for only 30 minutes a day (with a timer) and limit my internet time to 1 hour a day.
I've found that I am 25% less crazed and run ragged.

And I teared up at the end which is theoretically impossible since I haven't done that in at least 823 years.
At least it's on Apple TV+ so it won't be cancelled after 5 seconds. (And is already renewed.)

I'd say Chainsaw Man but Vinland Saga is probably what you're looking for in terms of closeness. AOT had was pretty epic you don't always see.

Apple TV is really great about having shows that have been on for multiple seasons, with stellar casts, and big budgets, that tell unique stories… that no one remembers to watch. 😔
