I’ve heard there were one or two other ones later on in Europe but yep, the one that got the most media attention was the Miami one in 2003

Thank you! I use a newsprint texture from True Grit Texture Supply, and the halftones Photoshop filter (TGTS offers a similar brush pack called KraftTone that lets you replicate the exact printing process, but the built-in Photoshop filter is easier to use for quick stuff like this!)
