Is there anything in particular I need to do when I'm looking for demos that will be in #NextFest ? I see that the explore page sorts games by most recently updated by default.

I haven't finalized a date yet but guild's going to be a good place to look for it.

Hey, #gamedev folks. It looks like we're one month out from #steam #nextfest. Is now the time I can start putting together my list of demos to try, or should I wait until 2/10, when there's about two weeks until the event? I'm not trying to stress folks out, I'm just trying to figure out the timing.

Checking back in with #GameDev folks about #steamnextfest. As a person who is putting together their next list of demos to play, when will most folks know if their demo is up? When is the list of demos pretty reliable? One month before? Two weeks? I'm just trying to put my calendar together.

I adapt vintage lenses a fair amount of the time, so I don't always have EXIF data to help me with lenses and exposure. I'm not sure if there's a standard app or way that people keep track of this stuff, and I don't want to reinvent the wheel if this is already a thing that's done in a standard way.

Does anyone have plans to use, reuse, or remix any of the newly public work?

I have some older iPads that I got from a school surplus sale, and I had trouble finding the original versions of the apps (like Garage Band) that were available for the device when it was on a supported version, even the hacks were out of date. It was sad. The only thing that works is Facetime.

I'm doing an Extra Life stream this Saturday on Twitch. Does anyone have suggestions on games to try? I'm going to play Tron:Identity by @mikebithell.bsky.social for sure. It's going to be a 12 hour stream, give or take, and part of the stream will be multiplayer with other folks from my team.

Arguably the only thing you should keep track of is how often you're taking pictures, and trying to keep that number a healthy amount above zero.
