i know right??? one of my fave things to do when i drop a ball. one thing that really helped me is focusing on my shoulders- holding them back and down if that makes sense

i honestly have no idea hahah i’m sorry! i personally call it a crossover/under but there might be a more “proper” juggling term for it… i don’t know a lot of juggling terms tbh since i prefer just fooling around (teehee) until i find new fun ways of juggling :D
