Australian media isn’t covering this but what’s happening in Cuba is dreadful. Trump signed an executive order cutting off Cuba’s last oil supply. Ten million people are paying with their lives. Sewage systems are failing, food is rationed, it’s getting worse.
In war, civilians suffer, while the rich line their pockets.
Oil profits are up. Weapons companies are booming.
Meanwhile, schools and hospitals get bombed, and thousands die.
War makes billionaires and their corporations even richer. It’s just another business model for them.
I know it's hard to track all the threats to democracy out there right now, but this is at the top of the list.
