The twin suns are setting, and the blue beam from the lightsaber has burnt its way through the roof and is stretching up into the sky. Panel 3 shows the blue beam happily leaving the surface of Tatooine and flying out into space. Panel 4 shows the beam hitting the Death Star, causing it to explode. Job done, kids! I should mention that this is the 2nd version of this image. The original omitted the final panel with the Death Star and actually worked in reverse so 1,2,3 were initially 3,2,1. It just seemed logical to re-work it this way.
