My American liberal colleague keeps complaining about how trump is dismantling American education system, especially the universities (defunding them), and how it's "bad" for American education and economy, and bla bla bla. All while supporting the capitalist ruling class and the corrupt politicians who enable them, who take AIPAC money, and who support a white settler colonial apartheid ethnostate currently committing genocide and ethnic cleansing. And these liberals do it all with some confusing air of superiority.

And if for some reason you don’t support the blue maga genocidal democrats, American liberals will passionately conclude that you want restricted abortion, hate women, hate minorities, etc. All while pretending the genocide that is happening isn’t worth protesting.

They're still actively bullying those who refused to vote for their genocidal imperialist cop, as they go on pretending the genocide would have ended if kamala won. All their anger is focused on trump, rather than the capitalist, white supremacist and genocidal American system that breeds him.

And now we have an ongoing genocide, and make no mistake, every single US president for the past two decades is to blame for it. All of them! Both red maga fascist republicans and blue maga genocidal democrats. And then lately, you have the American liberals who feel impossible to talk to.

He also makes liberals angry. So even though he’s a horrible person, like all American presidents, he’s the least evil one from the last two decades (don’t forget the massacres in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Palestine, especially the West Bank under other American presidents).

Gaza was flattened under joe biden. It simply doesn’t make sense to single out trump. He is the man showing the true face of the USA. In a way, he’s more fair because he doesn’t distinguish between the Global South and Western countries. EU leaders thought trump would spare them, but he didn’t.

Obama deported immigrants. He bombed people in Africa and the Middle East, even during weddings. Obama's administration went after Julian Assange for simply exposing American war crimes in Iraq. What’s truly terrifying is that Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize and still has massive support in the US.

Senor trump has to be the best American president in the last two decades. If America will be sabotaged from the inside, he's the best person for that. People like obama, bush, and clinton were extremely dangerous snakes who were even more terrifying because they had the support of the sheeples.

And because she (Marijke) doesn't wanna be written about on my twitter, she decided that the best way to avoid that, is to avoid me entirely, lol. "If I don't talk to Shaka, he'll have nothing to write about," Marijke said.

"Shaka, have you noticed that Marijke avoids you?" one neighbour asked. I said yes. "Do you wanna know why?" I also said yes. And they said that Marijke told them that I write about my experiences and impressions of the neighbours and neighbourhood on my twitter. And that she thinks it's weird.

So I just let it go. It's not a big deal if a neighbour doesn't wanna be friendly, plus it's her right to decide if she wants to talk to me or not. Anyway, some time passed, and one summer afternoon, I was hosting some neighbours at my house and someone started talking about her.

Anyway, after discovering that, she just didn't like it. And so she decided to avoid me, lol. Anytime I'd see her at the local grocery store, local market, or walking her dog at the park, and I said hi, she'd just turn around and ignore me, lol. It was really funny, lol.

Back then, one of my new neighbours, a Dutch lady, discovered my twitter handle and read some of my tweets and threads. She also discovered that I often wrote about my observations of the neighbours and the neighbourhood. Nothing outta the ordinary, just the same way you'd keep a journal.

Back when I was on twitter, I used my twitter like a sort of journal, much like I do with my Bluesky. I'd write about the things I observed around me; from my neighbours, colleagues, etc. Of course, I never named names or anything like that. Just the usual "one of my neighbours" did this or that.
