Well... yeah it's true. Im actually having the time of my life creating my dream game. Learning all that stuff from scratch humbled me a lot and put the fear of #GameDev into my heart. Some day this will be a Wario Land clone.

Totally agree that funko should get some heat for going with tools that lack human input. My personal perspective is that trying to get as much as possible by going full legal system feels kinda wrong depending on the cost of the damage. I just hope stuff is up again quick so the damage is minimal.

the general concept of ADR and other concepts to settle disputes out of court. You don't have to pull someone into court to settle a dispute.

For all the armchair lawyers saying stuff like " i smell a lawsuit". There is tons of ways this can be settled that are more likely. Lawsuits on that level are expensive af and we shouldn't fuel the fire in that way. Itch should come back in the most sustainable way possible for them.

There really is not "the Problem" to point at. Funko is at fault for going with automated processes that can potentially harm others and The registrar is at fault for just complying without checking if the claim is based in reality.

Making your own motivations and values understandable is one of the pillars of healthy discourse. I don't value a society that arbitrarily calls others idiots while trying to deny them information.

If you actually read up on it it will tell you that it's contested by many other philosophical concepts and worldviews because this "paradox" is highly contextual to the constantly changing morals of society. If you look at moral concepts of for example Taoism, it stops being a paradox.

Both moon and Andromeda are wildly oversized in this pic. There are pics and comparisons by NASA that show it much more accurate. Like for real Andromeda is silly huge but no, it would not look this big and every time i see a post like this, both bodies seem to double in size.

Es gibt deutliche Unterschiede zwischen einer Kilometer großen Windgewalt, die ungebremst über das Land fegt und Autos, welche hinter Gesetzen und richtlinien auf dazu speziell gebauten Straßen und Autobahnen unterwegs sind. Das wir trotzdem verschärfungen im Straßenverkehr brauchen ist ja klar.
