This explains so much of what we are seeing.
Apparently it’s a crime to remind military members to follow the law and refuse illegal orders (something that it is ingrained in basic) and the pentagon can recall you into the service to discipline you. However, the pentagon will not prosecute you for dodging the draft five times.

A top 50 US university yesterday fired an instructor, a department chair, and a dean because a course made some reference to transgender people without the brief official course description in the catalog saying “trigger warning: gender.”

This is so wildly inadequate. If taken at face value, it‘s a claim that Article II empowers the President to kill people whenever wherever in the world because “U.S. interests“ as defined by him.
I know. But this is a legal claim. And no, no law gives him that power.
