Some workout advice:

Whenever you do your reps, start doing them slower. The act of controlled and slow movement during your reps will result in amazing results.

Finished working out for the day:

- 1.5 hr elliptical lvl 9
- 100 pushups
- 24 dips
- 24 Alternating Bicep Curls
- 24 Dumbbell Concentration Curls
- 24 Tricep Extensions
- (3) 1 min Planks
