I heard they originally wanted Steve Vai to also play Ralph Macchio’s part for the final duel but he pushed back because 1. Both parts would just sound like him and 2. He wasn’t that great with the slide.

Nice find. I’ve never come across that one. I see they choose to keep it cohesive rather than throw in a duel with Steve Vai.

There was a lot of rare stuff in this DJ’s collection way out of my price range (in the hundreds…I thing the original pressing of Nirvana’s In Utero went for $750). This is one that was pretty unique and I was able to score for $8.

I have no life so I will spend hours flipping.

I have a TON of 7” 45s (including that one 🙂). I bought them years ago with reckless abandon in hopes of one day owning a late 70s-80s era jukebox. They currently reside in my storage unit.

I don’t really listen to singles a lot (despite having a bunch), but this one was a pretty neat find.
