Not meaning to be nosey-posey, but have you considered a blood test for Addison's Disease? Maybe not it, but speaking from experience the low BG symptoms you've described over the past several months can in many ways parallel Addison's (not eating, slapped awake, etc.). Hope you are feeling better!
