Yes, indeed! It appears that kids who spend time with fathers have more gender egalitarian attitudes and perceive less stereotypical social norms in this paper:

I am pretty sure there will be a longterm effect. The kids who spent time with daddy early will have different solcial values when becoming fathers.

Paternity leave isn’t closing the gender pay gap Wider initiatives are needed to change social norms regarding caregiving responsibilities  

In Quebec, introducing daddy quotas for parental leaves did not affect gender wage gap or social norms of those affected but share of fathers taking leave increased from 20% to 60%

Maybe social norms change slowly, so we do not observe large effect immediately in data
