An introduction post for an original character: SIMONE 19 She/Her Simone often comes off as superficial and off putting to most people, but she never cared much what others thought of her anyways. She can be cold, cunning and vindictive but most importantly, completely unstable. Despite her unsettling nature she tends to have the best intentions even if not the right means Engulfed with an unexplainable guilt, Simone believes if doesn’t rid sin from herself and the world she is destined to burn in hell. But just exactly how far is she willing to go?

An introduction post for an original character: JOEY 19 She/Her An incredibly troubled and emotional young girl. Socially isolated most of her life she tends to stand out from most people in her small town. A bit naive but she knows where her morals stand. She can be obsessive, whether it be with people or her interests. Despite her more negative qualities she’s loyal to a fault and tries her best to be helpful and considerate Joey often feels like she doesn’t belong anywhere, her emotional outbursts makes it hard to get close to anyone. She craves community but more importantly; companionship. She’s desperate but enough to cross her own morals? Well..

Been reading “Are prisons obsolete?” By Angela Y. Davis and I cannot recommend it enough. It’s so mind opening to the realities of the prison system and the idea the abolishment of it. Love love love it and it’s not a super long read. Free audio books of it are on YouTube as well
