we also had beetroot sorbet with parsely shaved ice and lemon juice jelly / vanilla creme brulee with frozen shaved peach / and pea ice cream with parma cream and choco crepe !! the whole experience was amazing BUT the beetroot sorbet was the most shocking (bc of the overall scents and flavors!) 💗
