My friends Dan and Julia made what looks like a very sweet board game about dogs and the horrible sins (and wonderful deeds) they do - check it out!!

Today I get to share with you all these #riftboundreveals! As many of you know, I've been fortunate enough to consult on the game since very early on, so I've seen a bunch of iterations of a lot of cards. Let me just say that "Blizzard your team" Anivia is a lot more fun than "Never dies" Anivia was

A Riftbound card named Gemcraft Seer. It is a Calm Card that costs 3 energy and 1 power. It has 3 Might. It is a Mount Targon Unit. It has Vision, and gives your Other friendly units Vision. Vision is a keyword that says "When you play me, look at the top card of your main deck. You may recycle it". The flavor text reads: The light changes with every reflection.

Things are now crystal clear. Whether you need a little bit of filtering or a backline advantage engine, Gemcraft Seer has you covered!

A Riftbound card named Eclipse Herald. It is a Calm Unit that Costs 7 Energy and 1 Power. It is a Mount Targon and Bird Typed unit. It has the ability "When you stun a Unit, ready me and give me +1 Might this turn". The flavor text is "An Omen as terrifying as that which follows".

Early in working on Stun as a mechanic for Riftbound we found it to be really interesting as a combat trick. It was a lot like a localized "Fog" effect- it could stop an Enemy Unit from dealing Damage, really tilting complex fights in your favor.

My second and final Riftbound preview card is Eager Apprentice!

This card's flavor text is a perfect encapsulation of me trying to pilot my Kai'Sa spells deck. Also, this card is quite good in a Kai'Sa spells deck!

Garbage Grabber (Mind) (Gear) [2] Recycle 3 from your trash, [1], Exhaust: Draw 1.

Hey, I get to finally talk about a card from #Riftbound Origins and... it's Garbage! But like, in a good way.

Garbage Grabber is an odd card since it isn't tightly tied to any Legend. Origins has cards that aren't shy about which deck they belong in - but we also want some puzzles for you to solve!

Action (Play on your turn or in showdowns.) Give a unit Shield 3 and Tank this turn. (+3 Might while it's a defender. It must be assigned combat damage first.)

For my first Riftbound Origins preview card, a little rules talk! Although my main job on the team is narrative, I have TCG editing experience as well, so I've been moonlighting as an editor. There's no blocking in our game, but we do have Block, a combat trick.

When it comes to the alt art cards, on average, there are more than 2 special alt art cards appearing in every box, instead of once per case. (4/6)

When it comes to booster packs, there are actually 2 foil Rares or better, 1 foil of any rarity, and 1 token slot in each deck. The previous information was ambiguous and just said 3 foils, so we wanted to give more specifics there. (3/6)
