Congratulations to the amazing Sparks of Insanity and On the Spot for their incredibly funny improv shows this evening. They made this director very proud!

Today marks my 5-year anniversary of my running journey. On June 1st, 2020, I committed to run at least 3-4 miles, 5-6 days a week. I have kept that promise to myself though some harsh winters, covid, & cancer treatment. And at 63, I feel healthier than ever! It’s never too late to get started!

It was an honor celebrating with Fay Susskind for her 89th birthday! She has been a wonderful friend, talent, and inspiration! And big thanks for her family and friends who made the evening a joyous one! You rock, Fay!

Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays! Hope you all have a fantastic day and eats lots of delicious food!

I'm so proud of all my students in the Improv Performance Showcase class! They performed last night to a sold-out crowd, and absolutely rocked the house! They had so much energy and worked together so well! I loved working with you all!

Something about running in the cold is invigorating (after first excruciating mile - lol). Especially when you got new running shoes to try out. I definitely recommend the staff at Fleet Feet in Westfield, they took care of me well.

Fantastic job from On the Spot tonight! One of the best shows they’ve ever done. I’m so proud of them!
