Went ahead and ordered the SS1 in transparent blue with the active cooling add-on and a matching super dock. Hopefully, adding the fan was the right call. Super stoked!
Looks amazing! Out of curiosity, do you recommend getting the "SuperStation Active Cooling Add-On" if someone is planning on running NES, SNES, GBA, Genesis, PS1, & N64 cores? Are there any potential drawbacks to adding the fan?

Man that was a rough game. Not ready to give up on the Cavs' season yet, but they need to do some serious soul searching and make some significant changes in order to right the ship.
PSA: If you are an old school gamer, get a GKD Pixel 2 while they are still available. Incredible little device. Plays PS1 and earlier games flawlessly, most N64 and PSP titles work, and it is about the size of a deck of cards. My childhood now fits in my pocket.
