I’ve been thinking a lot about the aesthetics of reading. Booktok culture. It’s carrying the publishing industry on its back. Things like SJM. Colleen Hoover. So many people online look down on it. Cuz men are misogynists. As long as they enjoy what they’re reading that’s all that matters.
Having dinner atm. I got a patty melt with bacon and seasoned fries. Sister got a cheeseburger and fries. We’re getting food for later too. I’m getting hot wings and she’s getting another cheeseburger. When we get home I told her I wanted to read for at least an hour before fast and furious 6(?).
Ate breakfast. Took my 1st pills. Borrowed this book from the library. Going in blind beyond liking the name of the book. About to start it. Sitting in my sisters room. She’ll probably sleep soonish then I’ll read at my desk. 😃
