2/4 Civil rights gains are being dismantled, private prison companies are rejoicing, seniors will struggle with prescription drug costs, police departments are given free rein, and people will be targeted and families dismantled by deportation.

1/4 For those of us who serve actual people, and not just social media constituents, the push for a Black woman to be president was not mere symbolism or acquiescence to the U.S. Empire. It was resistance to policies that will actually harm the people we serve.
