I'm recalling fresh loaves of flat bread literally down the street from our apartment in Hamburg, Germany...they would sell me a couple of loaves right from the oven for 1 DM - before the euro. Heaven.

yes, I'm aware that the inn is no longer there, such a great place for a few generations. So Hum branding will work for them as they want to attract the clientel who are already aware of the meaning. Gorgeous location and I'll always miss the inn.
