When Anthropic turned down the pentagon contract for ETHICAL REASONS and OpenAI swooped in to pick it up, they're so desperate to show any kind of return that they'll break ALL MORAL STANDARDS to keep from going under.

Cuz they ain't finding any other way that's for sure.

Going to point back to 4 months ago. Incorporating your billion-dollar-backed AI company into a state surveillance tool for the pentagon is a military application as well

The only way the AI bubble doesn't burst at this point is by the gov't finding a way to justify it as a defense spend.

The set has more cards than I was prepared to want, and after playing with some of them I think there are some gems that will be underappreciated until they're prohibitively expensive in a few years.

And in gold, Go Ninja Go is a fantastic rate, help back slightly by being a sorcery only. Blink and removal on a single card is great utility. Bebop & Rocksteady are also great in any deck that wants high power cheap creatures with a drawback, an archetype that definitely exists.

And in green I think Mutagen Man is going to be underrated. Mutagen is actually very cool and good, despite the limitations on it, but a reminder that he reduces the cost of activating food or clues too is IMPORTANT. On that note I think THE OOZE is some of the better generic graveyard hate ever.

Cool but rude is the best of the new classes, and can go hard in decks that already discard a lot. Ravenous Robots are fantastic too, and can we take a moment to appreciate HOW HARD the mouser robot token is? Chef's kiss!

I think black has a lot of nice role players in the set too - the Cloning of Shredder specifically is hella rad, and I REALLY want to pair Swift Demise with Pestilence

Both of these Donatellos speak to me on a lot of levels, more than any of the other turtles do. Making copies of artifacts? Turning things into other things? None of the other turtle versions get me as hyped as these ones.

Endless Foot Assault, as goofy as the name is, is one of the best cards out of the precon. I don't think it belongs IN the precon, but it sure as hell does work in every go-wide white deck ever.

But I don't see people as excited for cards like Coin of Mastery or Big Mother Mouser. These two are incredible pick-ups for decks with tons of mana rocks or lots of counters (or both).

This set's a banger for artifacts, with Chrome Dome, Technodrome, and big poppa Krang all must-haves for heavy artifact decks.
