It was a good run. Seemed like a keeper. But there are lines we can't cross...

Well I can't say for certain, but the estimated operational cost of most ORs is between $60-$100 a MINUTE. So I'm guessing a lot.

Insurance companies dictating how much anesthesia time they'll pay for during a procedure is a way to bankrupt people for things they cannot control.

Few things. Split proximal capsule more anterior during exposure. Subperiosteal elevate the anterior capsule flap to nearly the AIIS. Inferior capsule releases also help mobilize the femur anterior, along with glut max release PRN. Use connector end of an LMA to cover the trunnion too!

This is fact.

Going to watch it tonight with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra live playing the entire score!

Good to be back! Missed the banter and advice. Now we will just need an #orthosky AAHKS meet up after we get more people on here (I'm looking at you John Shields)

2 years. Zimmer poly. Medial side was very snug in flexion, massive lateral flexion laxity. Just point loading the hell out of that one spot.

HXLPE doesn't solve everything, especially in TKA.

Oh baby!

Still don't know where I will ultimately land, but I'm not ready to say all these alternative alignment and balancing concepts with our current implant designs are going to be a long term home run

I gave up on the toxic X platform a long time ago. I don't miss it, but I miss my #orthotwitter community, where I got to share in a marketplace of ideas within my field. Slowly working on finding it again here. #ortho community let's get back the good times with less baggage eh?
