I love reading about the music scene of the 70s and 80s eg Daisy Jones or The Songbook of Benny Lament. This is told from the point of view of someone who was there at the beginning and thinks she should get more credit than she does. So good

I just finished The Burial Tide by @unshavedmouse.bsky.social and its ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Atmospheric horror set on an Irish island, this was both creepy and sort of fun.

Cami Sitting Shiva is a fabulous coming of age story of family, friendship and working out what matters. I listened to the audiobook, which was perfectly read for this New Jersey story (at least I think it was, I'm Australian).
