A book can be banned from circulation or sale within a certain place and be available elsewhere. In talking to our local school board, I avoid the word (instead citing “removal,” which is absolutely what they are doing) to get around arguments based more on wordplay than on the substance.

Our local school district is gleefully—and as a matter of policy—removing books through the middle school level that have so much as a transgender character. It’s a trend among Moms for Liberty type boards across the country.

This is the real world right now. And anyone who respects the office of the president—regardless of party or ideology—should be able to see that this man is not worthy of holding that office.
