I am Thomas and I create pixelart for videogames.
Currently I am working as an art director in the games industry.
On Saturday I co-host "Pixelart for Beginners", a free pixelart course, which is for anyone with the desire to learn how to draw & create this artstyle.

Some "Kamon" drawn in 1 bit.
"Kamon" are Japanese family crests, like European heraldry. In the Sengoku era, samurai used them on flags and armor as battlefield IDs.

In Japan, hamburger chains release a Tsukimi Burger every September. Tsukimi means 'moon viewing,' and since the egg resembles the full moon, many seasonal dishes feature it.

I never knew "sandbag" actually refers to the sacks used for floods or by the military. In Japan, we often use "sandbag" to mean a punching bag.
