Breakfast Bars from Ms Lawson's book Nigella Express! ♥️ We use natural almonds instead of peanuts, add a pinch of salt and dash of cinnamon. We tend to bake them for a little longer to brown them up. Sometimes we add chopped crystallised ginger to make up the cranberry content.
