Take sensible precautions when making arrangements to meet people you don’t know well if you receive unwelcome attention or unwelcome remarks related to your sexual orientation or gender identity or expression, it’s usually best to move away to a safe place. Depending on the country or area you’re in, you may then want to report it to the authorities local LGBT+ inclusive charities, organisations or travel agents may be able to support you if you need help while abroad

I wonder what advice the Foreign Office would give to trans people visiting the United Kingdom? I'd say there is more or less zero prospect of the police here taking action.
