I am 60 year old life long Democrat and have always defended the party when many of my friends did not. I can’t do it anymore. Your vote proved that you don’t care for people. Our country is being sold for parts. But you will still have your pension.

Lifelong Democrat here- 60 year old middle class woman. My parents are in their 90s and are dependent on social security and Medicaid. I am deeply worried about my children’s futures and deeply disappointed in my party. This vote was crushing.

I do not understand how you have such little regard for the citizens of this country. My 90+ year old parents subsist on social security and Medicaid. What will become of them? I am deeply disappointed.
