kirishima took his right hand from his shoulder and kissed it before opening the car door.

the only real way to know would be when he and uraraka would come and go to these gatherings together, just like kirishima and bakugou did.

"you wanna know what i also remember?” kirishima asked, his teasing tone returning being more than telling.

“not really.”

“i remember exactly what you said to midoriya earlier. you think he got it?”

“i don’t know, you said yourself he’s slow.” though they both knew how smart he was, that he’d figure it out sooner or later.

“you remember every word i say?” bakugou mocked his earlier comment, refusing to move so kirishima had to stretch further to huff a small laugh into his lips.

“i do, actually. every last one.” kirishima spoke low when they separated, almost drowned out by the purr of the engine.

“you’re not meant to say that part out loud!”

kirishima’s hearty laugh shook the car. he reached for the handle on the door. “i guess ‘special treatment’ can only get me so far.” he leaned over the centre console confidently, expecting to be met with a kiss.
