そう考えると今、考え方も進む方向も違うのに、2人が競争しながら対等な立場で隣にいることが本当に嬉しいし理想的

その時期は特に、ひなたって弟のことを思って全部勝手に決めちゃうお兄ちゃんなんだよね…
少なくとも一人でアイドルになろうとしてる時点で、アイドルになることで愛されたい、幸せになりたいって気持ちではなさそう

確かにひなたはゆうたとの間に線引きしたかったってのはあるかも、パフォーマンスするだけならサーカスでも大道芸でもした方が現実的だし
わざわざアイドルを選んだのは、さすがにそこまではついてこないんじゃないかって気持ちと、アイドルと一般人の距離を空けてゆうたを解放してあげたかったのかも

最初ひなたがアイドルを選んだ理由はまた違うと思うけど…（2人でアイドルになろうとしてたわけじゃないし）

ちょっとずれるけど、「首の短いキリン」で「化け物」だった2人が、アイドルとしてなら奇妙さも愛される個性になるのがすごく好き

There is a pretty big emphasis on the distance between an idol VS everyone else. They are meant to exist as unapproachable to the average person and as something that is not quite human. And it's not like Hinata ever really saw himself as anything other than a monster despite insisting the contrary.

But I like where they are now the most honestly. Hinata finally acknowledges Yuta as someone that stands equal to him, someone he can fight head to head with. Neither of them can compromise their own wants or needs with each other, they can't make the other follow the same path as theirs.

I think 2wink development is a little amusing honestly. Hinata was always the one running ahead before with Yuta constantly trying to catch up but not really seeing eye to eye with each other, but I feel like In (!!), or at least Sandstorm, it was Hinata that was chasing after Yuta...
