I am beyond disgusted with Avalon's response and handling of the situation. As they failed to address any of the problems presented by the three of us, and instead chose to falsely smear and defame a former talent, aelialeelaa, out of malice for speaking about her experience.

"As many of you know, I am Aelia. After careful reflection, I've decided to step away from the agency currently known as Avalon, regardless of the name it may take moving forward. This was not a decision made lightly. Events earlier this year led me to reassess whether the group's direction still aligned with my values, and over time it became clear that it no longer did. What once felt grounded in mutual respect and open communication gradually felt less transparent and unbalanced, making it difficult to feel heard. While I'm grateful for the opportunities I was given, I also experienced interactions that felt dismissive and unprofessional, and witnessed health-related matters discussed without appropriate care or sensitivity—something that crossed an important boundary for me, given my ongoing health challenges. For my well-being, stepping away is the right choice. I leave with no ill will and hope Avalon reflects, grows, and builds a healthier, more compassionate space moving forward. "I am speaking as someone who has not yet debuted with Avalon (To be renamed VTuber Group), so I am speaking both as who would have been a future talent and as an individual with life and professional experience, and I feel compelled to share serious concerns about leadership, communication, and organization within the group, particularly following the events of January 9th. The sudden decisions, lack of clarity around leadership, public handling of sensitive conflicts in the discord server, and perceived favoritism created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment that made it difficult to feel supported or heard. During my time observing, I also experienced a lack of onboarding, unclear expectations, limited access to leadership, and a server culture that felt chaotic and clique-driven rather than structured and inclusive."

"Additionally, the use of health or immune conditions to justify harmful behavior was deeply upsetting to me as a disabled individual and advocate, as accountability remains essential regardless of circumstance. I share this feedback with the hope that Avalon can reflect and improve; however, after careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to step away and resign from the group before my debut within it, as the environment does not align with what I wish to be associated with, even with the possibility of future change.
