I was chatting with colleagues in the office this week. We are home first / reablement to support discharges. In an ideal world, we would have a sister team the same size to support prevention of admission with our frail adults. Intensive MDT working and rapid access to equipment would prevent some.

Husband is doing Portuguese- going back to Cape Verde again on holiday. ☀️

Just pleased that I have kept it up daily learning and definitely know more than 20 words at the beginning. Our UK teaching on languages is nothing compared to Europe and many decades since I did minimal French.

Wow! I at least can sometimes get a few words in a sentence when it is written but no clue with tense yet. Perhaps could order some easy meals but would be stuck when someone talked at normal speed 😂
