Awful. After Avanti train cancelled. Had horrific experience on crosscountry with brawl and transport police involved. Never again if I can help it.

Another couple had drunk chap vaping on the train. Next to me young boy knocked into by drunk man and mum started screaming at him. Awful. Transport police asked me to complain.
