Super excited to make some more originals shirts! Ordered some blanks for screen printing — and someone suggested spray painting a shirt with a stencil, so might try that too!

I have a tray palette / inking tray (which I tend to use for lino and gel printing) that’s perfect for suspending the screen in between prints.

Afterwards I used the spare ink on the palette knife and squeegee on the messy print.

About to print, have the screen positioned and the ink in play ready for the first pull.

Printed three shirts (two Scarlett and one Ben as all my shirts are black) and four prints!

The design is flipped horizontally — oops! Forgot to flip when inverting. Luckily the design still works at this angle!

I bought some fabric screen printing ink, so planning to glam up some of my and Scarlett’s clothes today.

Just now realizing I need to invert the design to print it the way I want. guess I’ll use the vinyl cut out for my remarkable! 😅

Took the original Procreate drawing and simplified and stylized. Did a paper cutout prototype and then cut out of vinyl with my Cricut.
