It also had the "Hold my Beer" rule. If you wanted to do something impossible, you hand your character sheet to the player to your right and say "Hold My Beer!" Then you roll the die. With a 1, you pull it off and all players heal to max gnomes. Any other number, and you die.

If you go below your Bullshit, you succeed on the roll. If you roll a 1, you regain a gnome if you've lost any. If you roll above your Bullshit score, you lose one Gnome. If you lose all your gnomes, you have to dramatically flip over your character sheet and shout "DEY TOOK MA GNOMES!"

You start with seven points to split between Bullshit and Gnomes, with the only rule being that you can't have more than four of either.
Then when you want to take any action while fighting the Great Old Ones, you'd roll 1d6 and try to roll below your Bullshit score.

The silliest thing I ever made for TTRPG space is a one-page RPG titled "Everyone is Henderson." Named for the Old Man Henderson story of yore, it's a game with only two stats: Gnomes, and Bullshit. Gnomes measures HP, and Bullshit measures your ability to pull off insane things.
