This isn't just systemic racism denial, which is what the anti CRT crusade was all about - this is an EO asserting the racist falsehood that RACE IS BIOLOGICAL, not socially constructed. This is the centerpiece of the disproven race science; what nazi and colonizers used to justify horrors.
