Babies do make memories — so why can’t we recall our earliest years? MRI scans show that the brains of infants and toddlers can encode memories, even if we don’t remember them as adults.

This article is interesting because it's looking into a question that I've been wondering for a long time. I'm only able to recall a limited number of memories. Authors suggest it might be because of the mismatch between memories and the keywords we use to recall.

I'm not happy with the way the term "Model Complexity" is used in some publications. This afternoon, I spent over 2 hours looking for an explanation in environmental modeling related articles in which that's a keyword. Finally found one just before bed.
