Il est inconcevable que Nicole de Moor puisse devenir Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés @unhcr.org après avoir durablement affaibli le droit des réfugiés en Belgique lors de son mandat tinyurl.com/yx5jp257 @filippograndi.unhcr.org
