Whales, rainbow and birds.... With everything happening, all the doom scrolling, chaos and fear I see around me, I hope people are taking those moments to step back, breathe and see the beauty, the wonder, the system of the universe that is still there in the moment. These whales do not attack our boats, they are hunting sea lions off of the break water. We do not give them the need to feel like they should follow white gladys' example. They show off their babies to us, or maybe they are showing us off to their babies. We name them, and see which ones return every year. In this moment I sat and appreciated the wonder of it all, the human civilization against nature living with it. We are a moment, even if our moment feels apocalyptic, it is just a moment in the universe.
