As an Arizona Sonoran Desert resident, I can tell you that the metal without paint is probably 3 to 5 degrees cooler. When it's about 160° anyway, the temperature difference is immaterial. But, the cost of painting it will be substantial! Hey Elon, your buddy is preparing to waste even more money!

Mr Zelensky needs to understand that Donald Trump is as big a liar as Vlad Putin is. He can't trust him, and needs to treat any negotiation as though there are no other advocates for Ukraine at the table. Trump will sell Ukraine out in a heart beat if he will personally benefit.
