Had an incredible opportunity to visit the collections storage and examine objects at Canada's @museumofhealth with colleagues from Germany, the UK, Sweden, and parts of Canada.
My personal highlights were MHC's collection of breast pumps and 20th-century nursing uniforms.

This is such a great guide for how to do archival research. I can’t stress enough how important it is to create a system beforehand! I made one using excel a couple years back and it’s been so useful as I write my dissertation.

This grant also had a childcare allowance which is a boon for scholars (especially ECRs)
