This is a great question. I’d either say something following the basic sour template with a neutral tasting spirit like a daiquiri or a lemon drop or juice based high ball like a screwdriver. Both of these are basically just juice.

I tried it two ways, vodka and whiskey mixed with an amazing home made beef+bone broth. The vodka one tasted like Bad, the whiskey one was eerily close to ketchup in flavour. You learn something new everyday, today I learned savoury warm cocktails are not for me XD

Traditionally the Bullshot is vodka mixed with beef broth

It’s incredible how well cardamom pairs with both wet and dry vermouth. I made myself a green cardamom martini tonight and it’s maybe the best single cocktail I’ve ever made
